Find one. Be one. Both, maybe.
We're starting a mentorship program for chapter members. Students, career changers, mid-career folks, senior people. Any pairing that makes sense.
If you're getting into security or changing careers into it, find a mentor. If you're a few years in and want perspective from someone more senior, find a mentor. If you're senior and want to give back, or just want practice coaching, be one.
Sign up with a short note about yourself and whether you want to mentor, be mentored, or both. A chapter officer matches you with someone. The two of you figure out how often to meet, virtual or in person.
Don't ghost each other. Follow the ISC2 Code of Ethics. Actually show up. Even thirty minutes a month makes a difference.
Between meetings, the chapter mostly lives here:
This is where we post event announcements and chapter news.
